The Boot

Named after the experienced trackers who guide dangerous game hunts, the Russell PH series boots have been stalking the plains of Africa and Australia for over 40 years. Breathable, packable, and extremely durable, the PH is a unique boot that is equally suited for daily wear. This limited-run collaboration with Rose Anvil and Naked and Famous brings some incredibly unique materials to this field-proven boot.

The Leather

Featuring Rose Anvil's exclusive full-grain Blood Core leather tanned at Seidel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This thick and durable leather is first dyed blood red before getting a top coat of black. With wear, the blood-red interior of the leather will show through.

The Construction

Configured as a lightweight Single Vamp moccasin with a Molded Sole, the Blood Core PH provides excellent footing for a wide variety of terrains. This unique construction supports and protects the sides and bottom of the foot, while allowing the boot to stay light and flexible for ultimate comfort. Designed for breathability in hot climates, this construction provides excellent durability and amazing comfort, but is not ideal for wet terrain. The Blood Core PH is matched with a low drop dual-density Vibram Sierra Wedge for durability and traction. In addition, we have equipped the PH with Army Studs to speed up your morning and make more time for coffee. 

Naked & Famous Blood Core Denim Quarters

Our friends at Naked & Famous have provided off-cuts of their incredibly unique Blood Core Denim for this project. As the quarters wear in over time, they will fade to the red core dye color for an patina that is in a league of its own.

This boot is a Collaboration. Upon your order it will be put into production on a 6 month production lead time. Collaborations are limited in material and are not eligible for exchange.
